Chicken Alfredo Sandwhich

I absolutely love chicken alfredo pizza but not with all that grease! Maybe some of you like chicken alfredo pasta as well, this is a great alternative. This is a quick easy sandwich to make with only a few ingredients! I skinny-fied the bread by scooping out all of the bread out of the center so you could create a bigger sandwich. This was so yummy and its great for lunch!

Caprese Stuffed Chicken with Balsamic Glaze

Insalta Caprese is a side salad originated from Italy,it brings the luscious flavors of mozzarella, juicy tomato, fresh basil, and sweet balsamic. Rosemary Popcorn

Today is  rainy and cloudy the perfect weather to snuggle up and watch a good movie. Movies and popcorn go hand in hand, and this is our mother's recipe so it just makes this snack a little more special to us. A lot of those ready to make popcorn bags can be loaded with fat and sodium, so we took that into consideration to lower those levels to try to give you a healthy-to-go snack with a good portion size.

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

The fall holidays would not be the same without some pumpkin pie. We have so many memories of baking holiday pies together and always trying new ingredients but know that we are not kids any more there is no way we could have that crazy amount of sugar and fat in our diet now. This recipe is the savory pumpkin pie you love just skinny-fied! We were skeptical at first, thinking no crust? You must be crazy! Even without a crust you will fall in love with this super fast and easy recipe.

Lasagna Cupcakes

Who doesn't like lasagna! After hearing complaints of other lasagna cupcakes made with wonton wrappers made this meal taste like Chinese food, we wanted to put the Italian back into this comfort meal. The phyllo dough provides the perfect shell that holds the delicious but healthy fillings. This recipe makes a full pan of 12, and the are so low in calories that it wouldn't hurt to help yourself to more than one.
